Great harness
I really like this harness and is of good quality but it's not adjustable at the shoulders or neck. So make sure you do all the measurements right.

This is a nice tie down cable
I've been using this as a walking leash, as well, I move my pup around the yard from tree to tree so she gets to walk around further than the cable goes, but it's not too long that you can't carry it. It rolls up really easily. And it's not heavy at all. My pup is going to be a 55lb dog in less than a year, so I already planned to up the weight it holds to a new cable, but as it is its perfect for us. The cable holds her very well too and is easy to remove it from place to place.
