1 of 1 found this helpful I love this product I've gained 30 LBS in 2 months ! You MUST work out while taking this or the fat will just stay on your stomach. Right now I'm 150 LBS started at 120, my goal is to be 170 LBS I'm 5'8 if you are wondering... Don't hesitate to buy this product it works wonders for everyone !
