Disappointed
The printer was shipped with the ink in it and the ink spilled all over the bottom of the printer. The printer wasn't usable when it arrived. The ink was all over the bottom of the printer and on the bubble wrap that it was shipped in. I was really disappointed when it arrived because I had a special event to print programs for. I have found that the Hewlett Packard Deskjet 932C is a very good printer. I had one for many many years and it finally broke down, it was a very reliable printer is the reason I bought this one.
