Well laid out, easy to understand, great recipes.
After 25yrs. of trying to manage my Psoriasis it only took a matter of weeks to see an improvement in my condition. After strict diet control recommendations 90% of red weeping and itchy lesions have all but gone. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone suffering with what is at times a debilitating condition, if you are willing to commit to a strict regime I have no doubt sufferers will see a marked improvement with time.

Just right for portable rod storage
We bought 4 of these and screwed them to a backing board which is attached to our caravan draw bar and is just right for keeping fishing rods off the ground when washing ready for next days fishing. Excellent product and inexpensive way of keeping sand from damaging reels, and makes re-rigging much easier.
