1 of 1 found this helpful Organic, JUST LEMON JUICE! Nothing artificial or concentrated. A great way to drink water each day, Fill glass with cold water add some of the lemon juice, a bit of liquid stevia & voila! Great lemonade.

WORKS for me! Evens out moods....smooth sailing and have a sense of well being.
I come from a family with several members who are medically diagnosed as depressives, bi polar and schizophrenic. Where as I am not diagnosed as such, I am aware of occasional periods of depression when all things in my life are going great. These periods are not fun at all! I started taking NOW Mood Support and by doing so, these periods have not returned. I ran out for a while and after about 3 weeks I noticed some mental changes creeping in so was so pleased I found these on line as the stores were all out of it probably due to Covid19. I spoke with my Osteopath about all this and he trusts NOW supplements and is pleased I have found this solution.
