Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder in Another Time
First, the Czech language is rendered into a pretty modern American English dialect through the subtitles. Second, the acting in each major instance is awarding winning. The story line was mostly predictable. The lack of who's who in WWI Austrian-Hungary vs Allies would have been helped with some dialogue. The sex scenes were appropriately understated. Great camera work. Trauma scenes believable.
Question: in the pub scenes, what was the instrument put in the draft beer glasses? And, the church, what a find. My rating 4.8 of 5.

A New Start(er) for a 15 Year Old Mower
For the last two years I've been pull starting my Toro mower. Why? Because I was too lazy to replace the worn-out starter. Yes, they do wear out. Replacement time and effort--removing/replacing? About 25 minutes. Two small bolts actually. Back in business for just about $30. A good deal in my view.
