Bad thread adapter
Threads were not right. would not thread onto hose at all.

Poor quality Enkay micro chuck
The shank was either bent or machined poorly during manufacturing. When I used it there was a very bad wobble to it. All my other bits not needing a micro chuck worked properly but using this chuck, even making sure the bit was properly inserted, it still wobbled very pronounced making it unusable.
