Not like Penzy's - too powdery
Powder so fine, that it is hard to work with in baking or even mixing with oatmeal. Not of quality that I had expected. Penzy quality is better.

I had the "used" product for 2 weeks and it fried just like the other one I had paid for. DO NOT BUY IT.
