Need it every day !
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this product because for me it takes the place of sugar. I have borderline high sugar and was told by my Physician to cut down down on sugar and return for blood test in three months. That frightened me because I knew I was eating way too much sugar. I began eating SweetNLow on all my food that required sugar. Especially my breakfast cerial and iced tea which I drink all day long. I no longer consume sugar. When I went back for my blood sugar test three months later it was back down to normal. I was very relieved, because I truly believe it was due to my changing my sugar intake.
