The ring is overall nice and a good value BUT see review
The ring is nice BUT the inner part of it is too sharp It hurts the inside of your finger if bend or get the ring caught on something.... The inner part need to be rounded out or not so sharp....

Good CD for the price.
This is a high speed workout exercise video....
I am a little older (late 40's) so it is a little hard to ketchup(ha,ha)
but you have to try.
I just do the best I can and am getting better everyday......
