It's a Mini-Z
Definitely a Mini-Z - it's the MR-03 Sport model. I know because I have the exact same car and body. One of the features of the Sport model is the ability to install a gyro - which this one apparently has done.

Be Careful - Plastic used for the most critical areas of this shock - easily broken!
Be careful if purchasing these shocks - they have plastic ball-sockets for mounting that are easily cracked and sheared off. I had one break clean off after a light run at a local track. Very disappointed I didn't consider this before purchasing. The upgraded shocks I purchased for my LaTrax Rally are full aluminum and I wish these were the same.
