Follow assembly instructions - one step at a time!
The instructions clearly state to make sure the "Cosco" name faced front for the top step and while I THOUGHT I did, after I was almost completed with assembly, I discovered name was facing in the wrong direction. I had to disassemble and reassemble. Don't make the same mistake!
