In expensive, yet does more than expected.
I purchased this item for use as a signal source used in test equipment. I found that this device not only performed as advertised, but that the two channels could be used independently according to the manufacturer. It would be desirable to have some instruction on how to operate this using the serial port, though.

Inexpensive, quick fix, though limited.
This device operates as advertised. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the frequency range was in steps and had to be adjusted using jumpers. We were looking for something that could go from 3 Hz to 3KHz in a continuous range. I would recommend this to someone who needs an inexpensive frequency generator where continuous changing of frequency ranges is desired.
