Superior than the original
The new latches were easy to install. Why doesn't Igloo install them on new coolers ? A larger diameter screw would be helpful because when removing the original screws the plastic can come out with the screw leaving the hole too large for the screw provided. The hybrid latches just make sense after seeing how the original ones tear off.
