Very comprehensive guide to Nordic walking - and to many other things!
Look, it's a great book, and worth keeping around in case you need to remind yourself about strengthening exercises; or in case you intend to go Nordic walking in Japan or New Zealand and want to know where the best trails are etc. etc. And, yes, you do finally get to the Basic Nordic Walking guide.

Matching the quality of a good lens with a good filter
A filter of lesser quality would leave you always wondering whether you are actually getting maximum performance from the lens. The Hoya is light in weight, thin enough to avoid any suggestion of vignetting and creates absolutely no distortion. It went on to the new Canon 10-18 wide zoom lens immediately and the lens has not been used without it. I am delighted with the results. See example:
