I said it's durable, but only for little kids, saying it's for up to age 10 would really be pushing it.
It's super cute but way smaller that I thought it would be, took my husband about 3 hours to put together. the kids love it. I wish it had a floor and seating in it. We'll be adding to it.
It is really cute though.
