Poor imitation
This looks fairly close to the original, but the individual parts were not the same dimensions. The only way I could get it to work was swap only the broken piece with the other remaining parts. Even then, it is such a tight fit that it has damaged the visor itself.

Garage lock
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a solid lock with excellent build quality. The bolt has a long throw that requires 3 full key turns to extend fully. That means awkward door sizes can be accommodated. It is a rim lock, so does not require a mortice, just a hole for the key barrel. It was bought instead of a sash lock as it is more secure and robust. It can be locked without the key from the inside, and the lock can also be immobilised with a catch on the inside. There are 3 keys, which is just enough. It was easy to fit and works well. The only negative point would be the flimsy quality and poor fit of the escutcheon. It is slightly larger than the key barrel, so there is a visible gap. It also bends easily, so does not match the quality of the rest of the lock.

Disappointing
1 of 1 found this helpful The description of this describes it as restaurant grade lumpwood charcoal, and I am unsure what restaurant grade means after using it. It is certainly poorer quality than lumpwood charcoal bought from B&Q or other DIY retailers. It was dropped off the van (literally) as 2 sacks taped together. The description also recommends breaking up the larger lumps for convenience. Actually, I couldn't find any lumps big enough to warrant breaking up, or I would have been cooking with powder. There was also a fair amount of un-charred wood, twigs, string and other rubbish mixed in.
The most disappointing feature is the heat output. I have to use twice as much charcoal than I normally would use, and the heat output is still very poor - with longer heating-up times and a very short cooking window.
I blame myself for trying to get a better product at a lower price by buying this way, but I have learned from the experience.
