Review lithium orotate
I used this product for a few days to help with bipolar 1 mania. I ended up staying awake all night for the first night I took it.
Not sure if the product works or not as I was also taking lithium carbonate 300mg a day before and it could be that I had too much lithium in my blood.
But unable to try it again because I can't risk the side effects. I am now on lithium carbonate and it's working really well.
