Where have you been all my life
5 of 5 found this helpful This is a fantastic product. It far surpassed my expectations. The sports mode and bodybuilding mode are great for toning muscles. I had a stroke 5 years ago and then got a diabetic wound so I have been limited in my movement for keeping m muscles toned until I found this product. The other modes are just as good. A super great product. I would highly recommend it!
