Wrong part
I called the company, (TASCA Parts Center), and gave them all the information of the part I was looking for. They told me the part in their add was not the part that I needed but they had the part number to fit the vehicle that I had. When I received the part it was the wrong part. I called the company and informed them they sent the wrong part they gave me a RMA number RA 000005978 so I could return the part. They agreed to pay for the freight to return the item as well as return the price of the item to PAYPAL. the TASCA Parts Center did give me credit for the cost of the torsion bar but did not return the cost of freight to send it back to them.
At the time of the order I the part I gave them the following information: Part ordered: Torsion Bar for 1998 Ford Expedition , Eddie Bauer Version, with adjustable air ride suspension,4 wheel drive, drivers side, Triton 5.4 engine. Vin# 1FMPU 18LsWL A87047. Part Number F-75Z-5B327-AJ
They did not reimburse me for the $22.52 return shipping charges. I sent the bar back to them through UpS on 3/8/2016
