Piece of junk

We can never get it to sync properly no matter how many videos we watched and how many times we redid it it would sink one time then we can go back to try another one it would never sink multiple times we had to download it reboot it it would talk the first time go back in try another car it wouldn't sink what's a Bluetooth piece of junk
