Delicate folding knife
I use this knife for slicing apples. So far my best folder for that job.
Pros: Sharp, thin blade, delicate, good for precision slicing. Makes regular Opinel No 8 feel bulky.
Cons: Requires maintenance: ring lock and blade folding may be too stiff, prepare to open the knife and oil the ring parts and file the wood to ease blade opening. May stiffen if wooden handle is exposed to moisture.

Good fast sharpener
It is fast and sharpens well. Very thin blades with thumbstuds may cause minor issues as the studs may block a part of the blade entering the sharpening area.
