2 of 2 found this helpful Be sure you know the difference between this box that only has one brush head made of soft bristles and the other box that comes with both the bristle brush and the silicone one. I was hoping to buy them both but didn't pay attention to that. Also make sure the batteries are new or charged up before you put them into this product. You will think this product isn't good if the batteries are poor. This product stops everytime you touch it too close to your skin but I guess there's no way to keep that from happening. Just wish it had a stronger force to it. Other than that this product is good. It makes my face feel way cleaner than just using my fingers.
