Our Congress Preparing to "Fight Back".
The Book is a formal recap of the documents and courteous procedure on a Congressional Hearing from March 2018, regarding Russia's "Cyber Warfare" that has been and is currently, still being conducted against the USA's Internet and People. Several of the "Best Minds" from the Western World attended this Congressional Hearing, in order to speak to Congress about Russian "Active Measures" to disrupt everything American/British/Western World, by which we define ourselves. These Knowledgable Experts informed Congress that Russia has been conducting a "Cyber War" against the American People and are "Preparing the Battle Field", for our next War.
The book contains a transcript of the polite procedures and welcomes, afforded these Experts. After the "niceties", each of these three men, introduced themselves, provided their education and experience that entitled them to be "Authorities" on the subject of Russian "Active Measures"/Cyber Warfare".
Each then framed the problem and then provided suggested solutions to thwart Putin and "The Russian Bear". They pressed the point that, it's not that Russia may attack of communities and infrastructures, relying on computers and communication system but that the Russian's HAVE been conducting "Cyber Warfare" against the USA for five to ten years. The Russians have developed a "Trained Cadre" of "Hackers" ( FSB, formerly KGB, GRU the Military Arm of Hackers and independent actors). Each provided information to Congress and then, due to time constraints, provide written documents to be "Read into the Record", about what they discussed and provided expanded information on the subjects related to Russian Active Measures to conduct "Cyber Warfare".
I was comforted by the intelligent questions and interest in the subject by Congress. I was heartened that our Congress is "Not Asleep". America is "pushing back" and if need be with hit the Russian's with overwhelming Cyber Force, as a punishment for a decade of formerly covert but now overt "interference", with a things American, including the targeted individual American People.
The Russian's "Active Measures" is directed at the American People to ensure that we are fighting amongst ourselves, so much, that we don't act to stop Putin's World Wide Aggressions. This Congressional Hearing, reaffirmed that the United States of America as the most important "Bulwark" against Russian "Bad Actors" and that the USA and her Allies are the only thing that can "Save the World" and either prevent or win the "Cyber War", that is coming.
I was impressed by Congress and they events of this March 2018 Hearing. Our Government is "NOT Asleep". They are being vigilant in protecting us and our "Western, Way of Life". God Bless America.

Congressional Hearing about Russia's Cyber Impact.
The book consists of a trascript of a March 2018, Congressional Hearing related to Russian interference and a discussion of what happen in the Cyber World, due to Russian "Active Measures". The people attending and answering questions from Congress, is a "Who's Who" of the Best Minds and Business Leaders. The purpose of this hearing was to determine, "What Happened", in the period leading up to the 2016 Election and how to dissuade Russia form launching future "Cyber Attacks", at America. It is very interesting to see a "Living and Breathing", Congressional Discussion that will truly affect all Americans.
I highly recommend this book. The "Cyber World" is where the next War will be fought.
