Exactly what I needed, as quickly as I needed it.
1 of 1 found this helpful As a rule, taking your own blood pressure is not advisable. I don't know why, it's my GP's opinion. My blood pressure rose to dangerous levels and became unstable. I bought this meter to know if I needed to call for a professional or not, and asked my GP's nurse to check it over the next time I went for a routine check. He did, and came up with identical figures for me and for himself on his Omron and on my meter, so I consider I have a reliable guide as to the need or otherwise of an ambulance. Living alone with very bad health is in itself a potential cause of hypertension, so for a very reasonable outlay I have found a very useful tool. I do not feel quite as exposed as I did; I have more of that so-vital peace of mind.
The vendor did a great job, serving me in lightning quick time and using a good means of delivery.
