A Fantasticic tribute to Richard Thompson that most sellers overprice
The music is just amazing. For a cover album, this one is hard to best. REM's cover of "Wall of Death" or Dinosaur Jr.'s version of "Misunderstood" are great! Los Lobos, David Byrne Bob Mould and others turn in unbelievably rich performances with X's "Shoot Out the Lights being an obvious focus point.
The problem here is that too many sellers over price this cd, which is absurd. You should not even need to pay $10 to find a good copy. But believe me, the hunt is well worth it.
