Paying for QUALITY
One Teaspoon has become one of my newer favorite brands- unique, durable, great cut(I purchased the Bandits- My first pair I purchased was the Bonita style ) the Bandits come in a huge asst of colors, with diff distressing, exposed/unexposed button flies, etc- a lil something for everyone - They fit TTS(if you want them to look as they do on the model, go w your reg size- if you desire a more fitted look, sizing down IS totally possible- they allow for this with the way the shorts are made) I'm now eyeing a pair as of One Tsp jeans;) Can't wait to buy more! Xx

A childhood favorite
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been in love with the Anne of Green Gables story and films since I was 6 or 7 years old- now 35, my love for either hasn't changed.
The price of this set was absolutely wonderful- other sites charge 3x the amount! I had read other reviews complaining of a "fuzzy" picture- ya gotta remember the first two films were made for public access television (for the States as they're Canadian films) and were made in the 80s. The picture quality IS much better than the VHS copies. The ONLY thing I wish any of the sets had are Subtitles!
I chose this set release as it was the first set to come out on DVD, and for under $18, why deny it???
The story will forever be a classic- every woman and young woman I know gushes about these films- my younger sister and I have a great bond over them (one of favorite scenes is in the sequel when Anne and Diana get caught up chasing "Dolly")I had purchased separate copies of each film about a year ago to give to my sister for Christmas, she was delighted. They're our go to on any given day- when we need to laugh, be in love, admire the costumes/set design as it's absolutely flawless for the Edwardian time the films are set in(the 3rd is during WWI)
I'm not a mother (yet) however I can't wait for the day to share with my own daughter as my parents did with my sister and I.
I'm a huge movie buff- honestly my favorites are horror films! However I LOVE every type of film genre and my collection shows it!
So happy to finally have found this set for a reasonable price - once they release the other films on Blu-ray, I'll be purchasing that set as well - I can't imagine how the quality will look then!
Very pleased- I've had the set for 4 days now and I've drove my fiancé crazy watching them lol. He can handle it, it balances with his Steven Seagull films LOL.
I recommend Anne of Green Gables and the sequel(formally Anne of Avonlea) as well as the third film, even though it was made much later in my life, perhaps my teen years.
A wonderful collection for people of ANY age 💕
