Total junk to me the door won't latch and the printer won't work unless the door is closed.
It is very cheaply made the plastic on the top was warped and the latch would not hold it closed. It needs to be better made before I would ever purchase another Samsung, This is a low-cost machine so what did I expect? Maybe the same quality as the HP printer that replaced it.
