Seriously the best way to give birth. Focus on moments, rather than pain!
I bought this product to help prepare myself for my second birth. With my first delivery, I had planned on having a natural birth, but wasn't handling it well until my older brother offered to do some hypnotherapy. It WORKED! I was calm, focused, and much more in control. I even slept through contraction in the transition phase! I'm going all natural again, but this time I'm preparing myself and my husband so that we can handle the situation ourselves. This product is filled with great advice, stories, and techniques that are helping me feel more and more calm as the due date approaches. I would definitely recommend this for anybody who wants to go natural, but would like something backing you up. Good luck!

Just right for my kids
My kids can never remember to put their games away, but they at always remember to clean this game up. It's so nice that it stores and plays so easily and that I got it at a fantastic price. Thanks!
