Nice firm cushion
This cushion is firmer and a little thicker than others I've tried, which I like. The fabric is sturdier, too. I might wish it was a little larger, maybe by and inch each way. However, it's great for the money. I use it in my recliner.

Added to old system
Just needed 2 more phones so I can have phone in each room. These are just like my old ones and fitted into the system just fine. Rcd phones just one day after ordering! Great service!

Simple but helpful
I replaced an old, worn-out one just like this. I like that there is only the "back" part and no "seat" part. The controls are easy: on/off heat, high/low vibration, and that's it. It stays put in my recliner and provides a lot of comfort. What more could you ask? I'm thinking of buying one for my son, who has a very long commute. It has connections for both home and auto.
