Quality pricing/writing pen.
Fine tip permanent marker great for pricing items and notes. After a few seconds to dry, the ink does not smear or rub off even on slick surfaces, and will write at an angle. Does not easily bleed out into fabric if you leave the cap off, for example, then slip the pen into your pocket, but it is prone to dry out without the cap on so you will need to be careful with that. Otherwise the pen lasts a long time. If this pen came in a retractable model, then it would have EVERY feature I consider of value in a good pen. I keep this item on my person, and in My Favorites.

Quality storage for small items.
Transparent jars fit well in provided box and lids screw on & off seamlessly and stay snuggly. Very nice storage system for your small items. Easy to quickly find what you are looking for through the clear plastic. I use this system for beads and hardware. The outer box and the jars inside are hard plastic, not prone to cracking, but will scratch. Lables and stickers adhere well. The jars actually hold more items than I initially thought they would. I like this system very well and reccomend it.

Easy To Use
1 of 1 found this helpful Inexpensive and easy to use. I have not tested gold pieces with this product, just silver. Directions will tell you that a result will lend a specific color, but in reality your result will most likely show only a TRACE of that color. Results can be arbitrary with the testing of mixed silver alloys and results can be confusing because alloy contents vary widely. Nonetheless, vague trace colors do seem to show. Would not use this product for important pronouncements of content, but may work ok with generalized descriptions. In addition, I'm not sure I trust my interpretation of a result enough to say for sure if my piece is 925 or something more or less than that. I agree with another reviewer in that better instructions would be good. I have not tested gold pieces with this product, just silver, mainly looking to find 925 pieces.
