Normal wood glue
Works as well as any wood glue, it is ok but nothing special. It was not effective on rough fence panels, these had to be screwed as well. Wood does need to be clamped and surfaces aligned, it won’t adhere if there are gaps.

Not perfect, but still a very good tool
This could be slightly better designed - the puller could be a bit longer and thinner, it could grip tighter/better and it could take out less earth. It is good on thistles, dock can take a few tries to get a decent chunk of root.
However, having said that, it is A solid piece of kit and ten times faster and much neater then trying to dig the roots out by hand. I have a new allotment in what was previously a farm field, and this is an essential and valuable tool for me.

Not a good purchase
Purchased these, fitting by local garage. On purchase I couldn't see how the fitting would work, I thought it was just me.. When it came back, it appeared they had been fitted the wrong way round as they direct under the car, not to the side. However, they appear to fit in only one way. Even if they did point in the right direction, they are quite deeply recessed and I don't think they would shed a broad beam. Nissan dealer unwilling to look at this as I didn't purchase the lights from them. Other cars tend to have lights mounted on underside of mirrors, which is much more sensible.
I think these are a flawed design and a complete dud.
