UNRELIABLE, SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, ONLY GUARANTEED TO FAIL!
0 of 1 found this helpful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Quality control? NON EXISTENT! Schumacher USED to be a great brand but these newer models, especially these smaller "automatic" charger/maintainers are garbage. I have wasted a ton of money on 4 of them which all failed within a year of purchase and the company WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Go with a quality product like Battery Tender.

Schumacher quality control now = ZERO
1 of 1 found this helpful I have purchased these charger/maintainers through different vendors, (all new items) and their failure rate is incredible; so much so that I will never purchase another Schumacher product again. Ive since switched to Deltran chargers and hope for the best; at least Deltrans warranty is 5 years. Schumacher would NOT stand behind their products when I asked for a replacement for failed/defective units less than a year old. I have one of their an old large metal body chargers which is 25 years old and still working., so I guess the new made in China stuff is junk...shocking? NO!
