Worked great.
It was actually a very good fit. The only problem I ran into which wasn't a big problem was that the original bolt pattern was 4 and 9/16 and the new motor bolt pattern was four and a half inches. just a few zips with a drill in a bit to elongate the holes just that 32nd of an inch to make it fit and it was perfect.
