So far so good.
1 of 1 found this helpful I got the box a few weeks ago for a trip to Taos. I just had a chance to do a test fit and drive with it and I think it will work fine. I have a Mercedes GLK. I mounted it with the nose just above the leading edge of the sun roof. There is a little wind noise but nothing that is unexpected. A normal conversation can still be had with out any effort. I took it up to 80mph without issue. The box was empty at the time of the test drive to there was a little buffeting. I suspect that will go away once there is some weight in the box. From what I have read I think I will try and mount it a bit farther back on the roof to get it out of the air coming over the hood and roof line. I did not the lid lifting up or any deformation. I am using some aero bars and everything is quiet. No whistling or anything else that a few others have mentioned with other boxes.
Once we come back I'll try and update. Hopefully all goes well.

Good bars. Watch for scratches.
Seemed to be good bars. They were easy to install and line up. My only complaint is that one of the attachment points scratched up the rails when I moved it around. Not sure how as most of it has rubber pads on it. There was one place without the pads and I guess that is what did it. The scratches are minor but still it bugs me.
Other than that they were solid as a rock. I have a Mercedes GLK and these attached fine without issue (aside from the scratches) and my Yakima Pro 12 had no problem clamping down on the bars. Took the car and box up to 80mpd without issue. No vibrations or noise that were unexpected. A little wind noise but far less than I thought I would have.
Over all a good deal. Road trip in 2 weeks so that will be the real test.
