perfect workout
I decided to buy this particular DVD because it had a cardio component. I love it!

Fabulous bike trail map and tour guide
For my husband who is navigationally challenged, this book is the answer..Takes the worry away from me so I can ride in confidence that should we get separated along the trail, he’ll make it to the our prearranged destination. Thank you for this clear precise “bicycle trail map”..
