Beyond 50 yrs of age
I'm past 55 now and still get in around 9,000 miles annually.
My knees suffered from the 52/53t chainrings so, I tried the 50t on my road bike and loved it.
I didn't know if I would find a 50t for my flat bar road bike but I searched and found it. I Love it.
