Worth the money, Bob Carver got it right with this one
Completely blows away other amps of this type. Uses very little power while putting out the sound, even when turned up very loud thanks to the design of the power supply and dead silent with no hum or hiss.
I compared this amp to my other amp (Bryston 4B SST2) and it was night and day. The Bryston is exactly what it is, a great performer with high ratings but the Sunfire did exactly what the Bryston could do with even more power and less power usage. The Sunfire didn't even get hot during some long high-output music sessions with all channels pushing the limits.
I liked this amp so much, I purchased another and my daughter has also purchased one for her entertainment room. My second amp is going into my den with my Altec-Lansing speakers.

Easy to install and an improvement to sound quality.

Works Like It Should, Great Quality and Quiet Operation
Purchased this unit for my Ford f150. It was a new compressor built by Ford and now it's in my truck working perfectly. I would do this again if the need arises.
