A Million Little Liberties
Many would like to castigate Frey for his writing liberties. I enjoyed the story for itself. If you have issues with the liberties, don't read a book by an addict. The basic saying in the medical realm is "you can tell when an addict is lying, his lips are moving". Beyond that, I do think he depicted the hopelessness and horror of addiction pretty well.
