1 of 1 found this helpful Original Voyager factory units are very good. These off brands are cheep poorly built and almost useless. I ordered several thinking they were a great deal. They both had the earpiece break away from the mouth piece in a very short period of time. I did not bother to send them back because they were so cheep. In every sense of he word.

Good item, except.
4 of 5 found this helpful The earpiece is very good for what it is designed to do. The major difference between my first one, which lasted several years and this one is the battery life. This one does not hold a charge, even if not used, for more than 24 hrs. The original one would remain charged for over a week if not used and under use, the original one would last for up to three days. This new one will not last twelve hrs with limited use, like fifteen minutes talk time and it is dead. I have a feeling these are original ones that are several years old and the batteries are useless ..The battery cannot be replaced so this earpiece has very limited usage Is it a good Item? If you get one with a good battery Yes, If it is like mine. NO.
