4 of 4 found this helpful I was very satisfied with the product, I was a bit skeptical before purchasing because I thought it was plain old ceran wrap and that it would be a waist of money, but I was wrong very much worth the money. I have noticed results when I wear this along with caffeine cream and my waist trainer. I was also very happy that it is not messy, in the past I used ceran wrap and it would stick to everything and waist the product, the osmotic wrap goes on easy and clings to your skin. Also be sure to follow instructions and not wear more than 4 hours, they say it for a reason ;) I went past 4 hours and it was a bit painful to remove it turns in to a kind of tale material and hurt to remove left my skin red after, so keep it on under 4 hours! :)
