3 of 3 found this helpful I am in the middle of this book but so far I a glad I purchased this book. It is helping me learn to cope with my autoimmune disease. It gives you information that doctors will not tell you or suggest on their own. It helps when you are in pain and its effecting y our daily life and the doctor don't ttell you what your condition is exactly or how to cope or what can ease your pain. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
