Fragile plastic
It fells on the floor and broke its main arm in several pieces. Fragile plastic.

Good value for money if you have a small garden
0 of 2 found this helpful The item was shipped to another EU country and the ventilation slot cover arrived partially damaged. This appeared caused by a too fragile plastic and the BOSH original package unsuitable for international shippings. As I have a large area of land, I tried to use two extensions cables up to 35 m. in total, but the shredder did't work and the two lights blinking continuosly. The troubleshooting suggested that the extension cable was unsuitable, in fact it turned out that it finally started working when directly connected to the power outlet.
Regarding the positive notes, the turbine looks good and powerful. Although I recognise that I should have bought a more powerful shredder as I have several hundred Kg. of branches, I recognise that it cuts well and relatively fast, particularly is the wood is not wet or humid.
Access for cleaning and perhaps sharpening the turbine blades seems easy.

Good value for money
I usally use about five chainsaw chains per year and the pack is a good value for the money I spend.
