Missing item.
0 of 2 found this helpful I buy this product for my wife who is now in an assisted facility. She is unhappy with it because the small item that used to be in the box too was not there in the last ones I bought. For that reason she said she does not want more.

It is exactly what I had in mind.
For a low cost receiver this one is very good. It is a good value. It does everything I wanted it to do. The basic functions are there plus some extras. It is more than I need, which means it is all I need.

Bad divice!
This product does not work! The buttons noted in the instructions are not on the device except for one. The batteries were put in correctly. Some numbers show on the device, but they are not accurate. No buttons cause any changes. Plugging the device into the phone system shows many numbers, but they are not readable. Pushing the buttons does not change anything. When the device is plugged in to the phone system all phones go dead. The instructions are poorly written and do not give instructions that work. DO NOT BUY ONE!
