Turbo Yeast

First time trying this product. Works very well. Gives a much higher alcohol content than wine yeast. There are others out there that can give a higher alcohol content, but are also more expensive. Also doesn't have the smell or taste of bakers yeast. I wasn't able to get a full fermentation in 48 hours the first time, more like 5 days. The second time I set my carboy inside a larger vessel with some water in it with a aquarium heater set to (29 degrees C) ( 85 deg F) and it was done in under 72 hours. My basement is too cool for proper fermentation, this the aquarium heater.

Turbo Yeast

Product works very well. Much higher alcohol content than wine yeast. Make sure your must is around 24-27 before adding yeast. If it's too high, it will kill the yeast.
