G43 Recoil Spring Assembly is a good deal,
GLOCKS run best when only OEM parts are used. The only non GLOCK parts that I switch are HD night sights in lieu of GLOCK factory sights. I follow this rule for all of my GLOCK pistols. "If it's a GLOCK keep it stock."

KIMBER: OVERPRICED & OVER DESIGNED
The recoil guide rod, recoil spring and plug assembly must be replaced as a complete unit with a recommended replacement every 800 rounds. The price is cost prohibitive for people who shoot a little bit more than every now and then. Additionally, that little Allen Key provided for assembly of the unit is a pain. With the prices Kimber charges for all of their overpriced guns and accessories, they could have provided a tool such as any number of after market manufacturers provide to make an unpleasant task a bit easier.
