Flaw in transltion
Cheap abs plastic that has a flaw in manufacturing
Received product broken in half right out the box
Due to holes that are on the bottom and are a weak spot in the middle

Not a good fit

Upgrades well worth it
I first bought the series 500 in ear earbuds, they were great but I decided to upgrade to the 800 series and noticed a big difference in bass and comfort, highly recommend these
