very nice unit
Getting ready to retire and do some traveling was the reason for purchasing a GPS system for the car in the first place. After doing my homework online about GPS in general I purchased the Garmin Nuvi 855 w/traffic. This unit is more than I had hoped for.
I purchased it with traffic reports but have not needed them yet so am not sure how well that works. The unit itself is amazing. Large screen and very clear verbal directions. This is my first GPS unit so I may be missing something but I am very pleased with it so far. I use it even when I know where I am going.

1 of 1 found this helpful Not only did the parts fix my clock but the detailed online instructions (video) will keep it running for many years to come. The details about cleaning and oiling are indispensable. Follow up was surprising. I received a message asking if there were any problems that needed taken care of or anything that could be done better. Best service I have received in a while.

Excellent!
Works perfectly. I was worried thast the batteries might not be up to snuff but it charged up immediately and operates my laptop for as long as the original battery did when it was new.
