An interesting product
If a person wishes to make the decoration permeate just finish over, sand LIGHTLY, finish about three times if you sand through your starting over.
If temporary is your goal it works fine

A GREAT product in a big space
It is a good idea because mini bulbs don't through enough light
BUT there is a problem they take too much room in a confined space
Like a fan housing
