Need more help.
Over all I find it to be as slick as the microwave. Quick. Simple to operate (once you figure it out). The only thing I think is missing is a more detailed set of cooking instructions. I have found this complaint to be true with a lot of other items from China. I worked with an instruction pamphlet, a couple pots of water and see what happens and how long it takes. It works very well but will take experience to get really good at.
